Who is 1pantas?
Name 1pantas is more than just a brand — it's a promise. A promise that every time you log in, deposit, play or withdraw, everything happens fast, smoothly and without unnecessary hassle. That's the core principle behind everything we've built since day one.
1pantas is an online entertainment and betting platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. We understand that Malaysian users have unique needs — local payment methods like DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet and FPX, games that align with local interests such as Malaysia Super League football, badminton, e-sports and live casino online, and customer support that truly understands the local context.
And that's not all — we also recognise that trust isn't built overnight. Every decision we make, from the technology we use to the way we handle customer complaints, is guided by one simple question: is this the best outcome for our members? If the answer is yes, we move forward. If not, we fix it.

What Sets 1pantas Apart?
Six key features that form the backbone of our platform and the reason hundreds of thousands of Malaysian members trust 1pantas.
Your deposits are processed in 30 seconds. Winnings are withdrawn in 4 minutes. We invest heavily in technical infrastructure so that every action on your account happens almost instantly — because in digital entertainment, every second spent waiting is a second wasted.
All personal data and financial transactions on 1pantas are secured with the same 256-bit SSL encryption used by leading banking institutions. Our fraud detection system runs automatically around the clock, 24/7, to keep your account and funds safe from any external threat.
Over 78% of 1pantas members play on their smartphones. That's why we focus entirely on the mobile experience — a clean interface, easy-to-tap buttons, fast load times even on standard 4G, and no need to download any additional app.
No need to worry about how to deposit or withdraw. 1pantas accepts all major Malaysian payment methods — DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB, Hong Leong, Bank Islam, BSN, and more. All free, fast, and secure.
From live baccarat and blackjack tables with real human dealers, to over 350 video slot titles, Texas Hold'em poker tables, Mobile Legends e-sports betting and IPL cricket matches — all available on a single platform. No need to register across multiple sites just to get all the entertainment you want.
The 1pantas support team is made up of individuals who genuinely understand the context and needs of Malaysian users. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat — so whether you have a question about a transaction, bonus status, or game rules, an answer is always just seconds away.
The 1pantas Journey — From Idea to Trust
Every major platform starts from a single small point. The story of 1pantas started with a group of individuals who had been online casino platform users themselves — and who had experienced firsthand the frustration of slow withdrawals, mobile-unfriendly interfaces, payment methods ill-suited to Malaysia, and customer support that simply didn't understand local needs.
From that frustration came a determination — to build something better ourselves. Something truly built with a deep understanding of Malaysian users from the inside out. And that's the foundation of 1pantas.
Today, 1pantas has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online entertainment platforms, with over 380,000 active members. But we've never forgotten our roots, and we continue to uphold the founding values that brought us this far.
A group of Malaysian developers and digital entertainment enthusiasts began building a platform that put speed, trust, and local user experience first.
The 1pantas team built a payment integration system tailored specifically for Malaysia — DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and FPX — enabling near-instant deposits and withdrawals.
1pantas opened to the public with an initial game collection that included live baccarat, blackjack, video slots, and Sports Betting — and received an overwhelming response from Malaysian players.
Reached 100,000 active members. Launched the Poker, E-Sports and Cricket sections — making 1pantas one of the most comprehensive platforms in Malaysia.
Today, 1pantas has over 380,000 active members across Malaysia with more than 500 games. Our journey is far from over as we continue to deliver the best for Malaysian users.
The Core Values That Guide 1pantas
Four principles we never compromise on in any decision we make.
Member trust is 1pantas's most valuable asset. We never make false claims, hide conditions in fine print, or delay withdrawals without legitimate reason. When we make a promise — like a 4-minute withdrawal — we make sure we keep it.
The RTP for every game we offer is publicly stated. All bonus terms are written in plain, easy-to-understand language. All transaction fees — or the absence of them — are clearly disclosed before you take any action. We hate unpleasant surprises just as much as you do.
1pantas invests in responsible gaming tools — deposit limits, play breaks, self-exclusion — not because we have to, but because we believe a good platform is one that genuinely cares about its members. Healthy entertainment is entertainment that lasts.
We listen to every piece of feedback from our members. Every complaint is taken seriously, every suggestion is considered. The 1pantas platform today is the result of hundreds of small improvements made based on real experiences from Malaysian users on the ground.

Live Casino Games
This category is the backbone of 1pantas. Real human dealers, HD-quality live baccarat tables, multiple blackjack variants, European and Asian roulette, and sicbo — all available 24 hours a day. Live interaction with dealers via chat and footage streamed from a professional studio deliver an experience that truly mirrors a real casino, from the comfort of your own home.
Sports Betting & E-Sports

Why You Can Trust 1pantas
Trust isn't just a word — it's demonstrated through concrete actions and systems.
All data transmitted between your device and 1pantas servers is protected by banking-grade 256-bit SSL encryption. Your card details, phone number, and transaction records cannot be stolen or intercepted by any third party.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) games at 1pantas use algorithms that have been independently audited by qualified third parties. Every card deal, slot spin, and dice roll is genuinely random — manipulation is simply not possible.
1pantas's KYC process is designed to protect our members — ensuring no one else can access or withdraw funds from your account. Documents you submit are stored securely and are never shared with external parties.
1pantas openly discloses the RTP for every casino game and the margin for every Sports Betting market. You always know the exact statistical edge you're up against — no hidden information, no manipulated figures.
Daily deposit limits, loss limits, playing breaks, and self-exclusion are all available to every member. These tools are not just for show — they are fully functional and can be activated by members themselves at any time, with no need to contact customer support.
We don't hold back member withdrawals without clear justification. Once a withdrawal request is made and verified, your funds will reach your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet within 4 minutes. This isn't a slogan — it's our daily operational standard.
